1 Tbl Olive Oil 21 Oz Chicken Broth
1/3 Tsp Cayenne Pepper 3 C Chicken, Cooked And Chopped
3 Clove Garlic, Crushed 30 Oz Canned White Beans, Drained
4 Oz Chopped Green Chile 30 Oz Canned White Beans, Undrained
2 Tsp Ground Cumin 2 C Mexican Cheese, Shredded
1 Tsp Oregano 8 Oz Sour Cream
4 Oz Jalapeno, Diced, Optional
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium low heat. Cook Stir in the garlic, Jalapeno, green chili peppers, cumin, oregano and cayenne pepper. Continue to cook and stir the mixture until tender. Mix in the chicken broth, chicken and white beans. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Slowly stir in the cheese until melted. Serve with sour cream and warm flour tortillas.
