Not Guilty! Chocolate Cake

This cake is moist, smells like brownies when it is baking and you would never know that it is low fat.  The nutrition information is for 16 slices.  The second best part, after nutrition?  It's base is a Betty Crocker Cake mix.  How easy is that?


  1 Package Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix                           1 1/3 Cups Water
  1/2 Cup Special Dark Cocoa Powder                                      1 Cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  2 Large Eggs                                                                         1 1/2 Tsp Confectioners Sugar
                                                                                                 

Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease a bundt pan and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.  Pour into pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out  clean (40 - 45 minutes).  Cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan - sprinkle with confectioners sugar.


Per Serving: 130 Cal (15% from Fat, 11% from Protein, 74% from Carb); 4 g Protein; 2 g Tot Fat; 1 g Sat Fat; 0 g Mono Fat; 24 g Carb; 1 g Fiber; 13 g Sugar; 35 mg Calcium; 1 mg Iron; 260 mg Sodium
