Slow cook this pork roast, shred it and make wonderful sandwiches. You can also mix it with barbecue sauce and use it to top yesterday's Fire Fries.
You'll Need:
2 lbs Pork Loin
14 Ounce Jellied Cranberry Sauce
3/4 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Cranberry Pomegranate Juice (can use plain cranberry)
3 Tbl Mister Mustard
1 Tsp Black Pepper
Line a 5 to 6 quart slow cooker with a slow cooker liner and place roast in bag. Whisk together cranberry sauce, sugar, juice mustard and pepper.
Pour over pork.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. If Loin is frozen to start, add 1 hour cooking time.
