8 Ounce Low fat Cream Cheese 2
Large Egg Yolks
8 Ounce Parmesan, Grated 2
Cups Panko
4 Oz Chilies, Diced
Combine all
ingredients except breadcrumbs in a bowl.
Mix to form a paste and shape into 1/2 OR 1 inch balls, roll in
breadcrumbs. Place on an ungreased
baking sheet and bake for 10 to 20 minutes until browned.
