At Easter Dinner a few years ago, my sister in law introduced me to pineapple stuffing. She makes hers with white bread and I talked to her about the option of using King's Hawaiian bread....so I tried it and it is wonderful. Great with a grilled ham steak.
1/2 Cup Margarine
1 Cup Sugar
4 Eggs
20 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
6 slices king's Hawaiian bread, cubed
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 inch baking pan, set aside.
In a mixing bowl, cream margarine and sugar. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then add the pineapple and bread cubes. Stir gently then put into the prepared pan. Bake for one hours. Let stand at least 5 minutes before serving.

Anything is good, in moderation. I cook because I love to and because I can share with those around me. I crochet for the same reason.
