1 Lb Pork Roast cut into 1 inch cubes
Salt
Pepper
2 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
30 Ounces Black Beans, rinsed and drained
15 ounces chicken stock/broth
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
Coat pork cubes in salt, pepper and flour. Brown on stove top and transfer to crock pot. Add remaining ingredients and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours
