2 Tbl Olive Oil 3
Cups Tomatoes, Crushed
2 Clove Garlic, Minced Salt, To
Taste
4 Pinch Pepper Basil,
To Taste
1/2 Cup Onion Oregano,
To Taste
Place a large heavy
pan over moderate heat. Add the oil,
garlic, pepper and onion. Cook 5
minutes. Add the tomatoes. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring
occasionally, for 10 minutes. Season
with salt, basil and oregano.
