6 Slice Bacon 1/2
Tsp black pepper
3 Tbl Butter 16
Ounce Frozen Pierogi
3 Tbl Cake Flour 4
Slice cooked bacon, crumbled
1.5 Cup Milk 1 Cup Frozen Peas
1.5 Cup Shredded Cheddar
Preheat oven to 375
degrees F. Coat a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large skilled,
brown bacon until crisp. Remove from pan
to paper towels. In same pan, brown
pierogi on both sides.
Put in a large bowl, add the peas.
In a medium saucepan
over medium heat, combine butter and flour.
Add milk a little at a time until well combined and thickened. Add Cheddar cheese and pepper and whisk until
smooth.
Pour over the pierogi and add the crumbled bacon. Stir to combine. Pour into prepared baking dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
