1 Lb Boneless Beef Chuck 1
1/2 Tbl Garlic, Minced
1 Cup Beef Broth 2 Tbl Cornstarch
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce 3
Cups Peppers
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar 12
Ounce Broccoli
1 Tbl Sesame Oil
Slice beef into strips
and place in a small slow cooker.
Combine broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil and garlic.
Pour over beef.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
In a cup, combine 1/4 cup
sauce from slow cooker with the cornstarch.
Return to slow cooker and turn to high.
While cooking, slice
peppers and steam with the broccoli until done.
When beef mixture has thickened, stir in vegetables and serve over rice.
