3/4 Cups Cheddar, Shredded 1
Cup Fresh Spinach, coarsely
3/4 Cup Greek Yogurt -chopped
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise 12
Ounce Roasted Red Pepper,
1 Tbl Cake Flour -drained
and chopped
1 Tsp Horseradish Mustard
Preheat
oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, stir together cheese, yogurt,
mayonnaise, flour, and mustard. Stir in spinach and roasted red peppers. Spread
mixture evenly into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until
edges are bubbly and mixture is heated through.
