Clove Garlic, Minced
1 Tsp Sugar 3
Tbl Salted Butter
3 Cups Red Potatoes, Cubed Salt,
To Taste
4 Cups Green Beans Pepper,
To Taste
Bring water, salt and
sugar to a boil. Add the potatoes and,
when half cooked, add the beans. The
beans should cook for about 7 minutes. Pour
into a colander when done, return the pan to the stove and add butter. When butter is melted, soften the minced
garlic until fragrant and then remove from heat. Pour beans and potatoes back into the pan and
stir until well coated. Add salt and
pepper.
