1 Tbl Oil 1 Tsp Chili Powder
4 Spicy Italian Sausage Links 1 Tbl Garlic Powder
1/4 Cup Onion, Chopped, Optional 1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Bell Pepper, Chopped 31 Ounces Cannelloni Beans, -Drained And Rinsed
1/2 Cup Carrots, Sliced 29 Ounces Chicken Broth
1 Tsp Ground Cumin 2 Cups Water
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Slice sausage in 1/2 inch slices then add to pot and cook until just browned. Add vegetables and spices, cook and stir for 3 minutes. Add beans, broth and water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium low and cook, uncovered, until vegetables are tender.
