3 Lb Boneless Ribs
½ cup thinly sliced green peppers
½ cup thinly sliced red peppers
20 oz Pineapple Tidbits, undrained
16 oz Tomato Sauce
½ cup packed dark brown sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
¼ cup cider vinegar
¼ cup tomato paste
salt and pepper
Place the ribs in a slow cooker. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; pour over the ribs. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the meat is tender.
