Anything is good, in moderation. I cook because I love to and because I can share with those around me. I crochet for the same reason.

Do what you want to do, enjoy what you do and use it to touch those around you.

More Berries?

Day two sees strawberries and blackberries.  Very similar to yesterday, just updated nutrition.  If this keeps up, I might have to learn how to make cottage cheese and make it when I make yogurt.  The nutrition provided is for nonfat yogurt and cheese.  If you are used to sweeter smoothies, you may want to add some sugar to stevia, but it is not necessary.

1 Cup Blackberries                                                                  1 Cup Strawberries
2 Tbl Almonds                                                                         1/2 Cup Water
4 Ounce Cottage Cheese                                                          4 Ice Cubes
  4 Ounce Greek Yogurt

Combined all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
