3 Cup Romaine Lettuce Dressing
1 Cup Cashews 1/2 Cup Sugar
4 Oz Swiss Cheese, Shredded 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
1 Medium Apple 1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Medium Pear 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
Chop lettuce. Core and dice apple and pear. Combine all salad ingredients, set aside. Combine all dressing ingredients and pour over salad.
