The Harrisburg area just got a new (to us) restaurant - Bonefish Grill. When I saw that one was being built, I went to their website.
The first thing they list are types of fish - with a note that not all varieties may be listed in all areas. They also list 4 accompanying sauces to choose from along with pairings. What I found most impressive is that the recipes for their sauces is included on the website. For people with food allergies, that is a bonus. Daily menu specials are also available online. For someone like me that can never make up their mind, that is a nice option to have before going. If you don't like fish, they also have steak, chicken and pork options.
We decided to try the restaurant tonight. We opted to go early to try and avoid the rush, so we agreed to meet my in-laws at 4 pm. Hubby and I arrived at about 3:45 - they opened at 3 - and there was already a 15 minute wait. We got our pager and took a seat at the bar. The bartenders were very attentive and poured the drinks very generously. We were seated at 4:05 and the server was there almost immediately. She explained the menu and specials and took the drink order. We noticed throughout dinner that they had impeccable services. Drinks were refilled very timely, but not while still full, plates were cleared, food arrived hot and timely, and DELICIOUS. From Bacon Wrapped Scallops, Crab Cakes to Fish Tacos and Key Lime Pike to Coconut Cream Pie with just about every other option in between, there was nothing that we did not like.
If you have a chance, stop by and support the new restaurant in Camp Hill. If you aren't in the area but have one locally, try it out. Go to their website and learn more. While you are there, find the lobster and enter to win a trip to Maine. You will be glad you did.
